Inside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers in the designated market
- Identify and qualify leads for appointment setting.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product details.
- Create new customer profile by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
