Objective:
The Refugee Support Services (RSS) Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of RSS program data, particularly within the ClientTrack database.
Primary responsibilities:
· Perform regular review, cleaning, and analysis of RSS program data to maintain compliance and accuracy across databases.
· Verify that all client data has been entered completely and in accordance with specific case information, particularly regarding eligibility status, dates, and program enrollments.
· Reconcile data between various systems to ensure consistency.
· Review client case files and eligibility documentation on a regular basis to verify that all required documents are present and complete.
· Ensure data in ClientTrack accurately reflects client information and required eligibility documentation is uploaded to each client’s profile with the correct formats.
· In collaboration with program coordinators, ensure all required data is entered into the ClientTrack database within 5 business days, including program enrollments, services provided, and Family Self-Sufficiency Plans.
· Run regular reports and compile findings to provide information regarding weekly, monthly, and annual trends. Report any significant findings to the program manager / director.
· Stay current on regulations, policies, and procedures set by TXOR and ORR.
· Conduct ongoing internal data quality checks and work with TXOR staff to proactively correct errors as needed.
· Perform data cleanup in response to data findings provided by TXOR.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with training in a data-related field
Excellent analytical skills
High degree of proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independent judgment and the ability to work individually and with a team
Awareness of and familiarity with a variety of cultures
Preferred qualifications
Experience in social services and with grant-funded programs
Bilingual

I have reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance. • Must have their own transportation to conduct job-related travel.
I understand the position requires frequent driving in a personal vehicle, including freeways and highways to satellite offices, job fairs, and offsite meetings and events.
I understand I must be able to work on a flexible schedule as needed to meet work, program, and project deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS • Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable environment as generally represented by normal office conditions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to lift twenty pounds; stooping, climbing, and bending are required.
