- Draft out/send our insurance demands.
- Assist receptionist coverage when needed.
- Accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, faxes, files, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries; and coordinating meeting-room calendars
- Sending all reductions to medical providers and hospitals.
- Obtaining a signed release from the client and ensuring the adjuster received it.
- Calling the insurance company verifying a check has been mailed.
- Meeting with attorney once a week to investigate missing checks as well as review all cases
- Providing attorney with payment instructions for client and providers.
- Contacting the client once we have received their portion of the settlement and scheduling them in for pick up.
- General office assistance.
- Other tasks and duties as they arise

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
