Job Description
- Responsible for day to day technical support; Providing direct, over the phone or remote troubleshooting to end-users
- Hardware/Software Installation and configuration
- Hardware repairing
Qualifications
- Good customer service skill
- Multi-lingual with ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese. Speaking Spanish/Korean is a plus.
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Self-motivated, team player
- Driver License is a must
- Networking and Server administration knowledge a plus

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
