①SUSHI CHEF
Job Duties
Must have great interpersonal skills and act in a friendly manner towards customers and employees.
Work efficiently in a team environment to achieve restaurant operational objectives.
Executing all aspects of food service - preparing, cooking and portioning.
Extensive knowledge and skills in proper fish cutting techniques.
Ensuring you are serving creative and well presented food to guests.
Work efficiently in a fast paced restaurant environment.
Clearly communicating with kitchen staff, floor staff and managers.
Creating a hospitable atmosphere of professionalism, integrity and efficiency.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working in the Japanese Restaurant Industry (Preparing Sushi)
Must have Work Visa
Must understand and be passionate about the Japanese culture.
A high level of hospitality skills and desire to provide great service
Strong communication skills
Extensive food handling skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and energetic.
Work Schedule: (Full-Time)
Must have a Flexible Work Schedule (Depending on Shift)
Minimum 8 Hours a Day / 5 Days a Week
Salary
Full Time: from minimum $55K-78K annually-DOE Based on skills and experiences.

②Floor Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible of all employees and daily operations of the restaurant. Including but not limited to delivering quality service and products to customers, overseeing inventory of food and supplies, optimizing profits, and maintaining DOH guidelines.
- Quality control – auditing food, beverage, and service offerings
- Hire employees reflecting company values – recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff. Communicating job expectations. Reviewing job contributions. Enforcing policies and procedures.
- HR compliance according to company policy and laws
- Keeping track of employee hours/Over Time/Vacation/Sick hours – PAYROLL
- Constant communication with staff for all types of issues that may arise and solving the issue at hand
- Maintain safety and food quality standards. Sanitation standards. Always comply with health regulations.
- Assist FOH and BOH staff whenever necessary
- Ordering food, alcohol, linens, and other supplies while keeping budget in mind
- Minimize expense wherever possible
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- General maintenance of store and equipment
- Minimize loss and misuse of payroll, costs, and voids
Qualifications and Skills
