Overview:
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Monitor FOH inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle financial aspects including payroll, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for efficient operations, mostly FOH
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Skills:
- Experience cash handling, bartending, kitchen management, POS systems
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Previous experience as an a manager for a period of five to ten years
- Strong background in food service management and catering
