Job Summary:
Join our team as an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Instructor in the field of manicuring. As an Instructor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students through their academic journey, ensuring they receive a quality education and are well-prepared for the stateboard test.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and informative instruction to your students in various subjects related to manicuring & pedicuring.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote student engagement.
- Offer academic advising and mentorship to students, assisting them in setting educational goals and navigating their academic path.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
- Stay abreast of current research and trends in education to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as to facilitate online learning and course management.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design and delivery methods tailored for students.
- Demonstrated expertise in academic advising, mentoring, and supporting student success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Passion for teaching, learning, and contributing to the academic growth of students.
- A license in Manicuring is required, biliniguality is preferred; (English & Spanish).
