Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our fast paced retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will also be instrumental in cultivating a strong safety culture, ensuring that all employees adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment. As a Store Manager you will lead by example, driving the team towards a shared vision and fostering a strong customer. Key responsibilities include implementing business plans to engage employees, promote revenue growth, and ensure a safe and supportive work environment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in employee development and engagement, guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.
Duties:
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a secure environment for team members and customers.
- Lead and develop the store team, promoting high levels of customer service and business results.
- Manage sales growth by identifying new revenue opportunities and minimizing inventory shrinkage.
- Oversee operational processes, including merchandising, scheduling, and expense control.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:
- High School/GED and 5 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
