Child-adolescent mental health experience preferred and bilingual Spanish required.

Therapist Role and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning , as well as individual and family work with clients/families in our intensive outpatient program (FSP: Full Service Partnership).
- Depending on client and program needs, services are provided in various locations such as the office, through telehealth and field based in the home/community.
- Having a caseload made up of FSP/high risk clients and outpatient level clients.
- Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system.
- Meeting reasonable weekly productivity standards.
- Working closely with a supportive and encouraging multidisciplinary team.
- Participating in an on call rotation and will be responsible for becoming certified to participate in writing involuntary holds.
- Working as a liaison with various external agencies (such as Department of Children and Family Services, probation, courts, schools, etc.).
What We Are Looking For
- Have a master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university
- Registered as a ACSW/AMFT/APCC with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) OR possess a valid CA LCSW/LMFT/LPCC
- Clinical experience with high risk children and adolescents, crisis intervention and risk management
- Must have knowledge of legal and ethical standards of practice
- Familiarity with Los Angeles County DMH paperwork preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization/time-management skills

Pay: $72,200.00 - $83,000.00 per year
