Shift: 6pm-6am, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday
Shift: 6pm-6am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday
36/48 hours every other week
TRAINING THE FIRST THREE WEEKS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM

Programming, troubleshooting and maintaining advanced PLCs, HMI, Siemens, B&R, Rockwell / Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric.

Reading assembly drawings, schematics and equipment layouts.

Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuits.
-
Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing control devices.
-
Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing hydraulic equipment, circuits and components.
-
Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing pneumatic systems.
-
Must be able to look up parts from equipment drawings, schematics and parts lists. Must be able to fill out parts requisitions in order to purchase.

Must be able to understand our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and be able to conform to our work order procedures.

Understanding and using data to improve productivity.

Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.

Assisting crew members and work in team environment.

Helping meet or exceed production waste and quality goals.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-
3 years of manufacturing experience in a related field.

Must be able to efficiently and effectively use a computer, CMMS and related software related to record-keeping and machine troubleshooting/maintenance.

Must be capable of recognizing and understanding numbers and values and enter this information into an on-line database accurately.

Strong mathematical ability is essential

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces

Ability of strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to climb 60 feet
-
Ability to perform in an environment that is not climate-controlled

Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
-
Ability to troubleshoot and repair low voltage (12 v DC) – high voltage (480 v AC 3 Phase) electrical systems

Ability to visually and mentally make priority decisions and independent judgment calls based on the situation at hand.

Advanced Manufacturing/Mechatronics Technology degree is a plus
