Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage BDR team(s) in achieving sales and margin growth goals
- Conduct weekly progress reviews on account activity with BDR's
- Be an advocate of the sales channel to develop, execute and monitor sales programs
- Develop and implement market growth strategies that drive results for this sales channel
- Use technology and analyze metrics/data to achieve goals; build on Opportunity Process
- Report out to management on results and actions being taken; track % sales, %GM growth, %sales on-line, account activity, and account management
- Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train BDR's: Develop, coach and motivate the BDR team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and growth targets are met

- High school or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related degree desired
- 3+ year of demonstrated sales leadership in HVAC sales, to include sales and margin growth
- CRM experience preferably with Salesforce
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
