Position
Assistant Project Manager for Industrial Estate Development Tasks
Job Summary
This position directly supports the overall manager in industrial estate development tasks, focusing on managing schedules, tracking progress and priorities of tasks, document management, and communication with stakeholders. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient progress and coordination within the project.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the schedule and track the progress of industrial estate development projects.
· Collaborate with the overall manager to determine task priorities and manage the to-do list.
· Prepare and manage project-related documents, reports, and presentation materials.
· Provide regular communication and updates to stakeholders.
· Coordinate meetings and maintain records.
· Conduct financial analysis and valuation related to development projects.
· Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication.
Qualifications
· A university degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent experience.
· At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management and organizational skills, or equivalent.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
· Must have no visa issues.
