Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in legal matters, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee a docket of 100 clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for case evaluation
- Assist in preparing legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth case progression
- Assist in document review and analysis
- Provide administrative support in drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years personal injury case manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with local medical providers and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette in a professional setting
