The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an IT Security Analyst. The IT Security Analyst will monitor our Information Systems environment for cyber-security related events, anomalies, and malicious activities. The analyst will triage, respond, and escalate appropriately as needed.
* This position is 100% onsite and no remote or hybrid is available at this time *
The Security Analyst will:
- Monitor information systems for security issues
- Investigate cyber-security incidents
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information
- Have a working knowledge of and adhere to vulnerabilities scanning industry best practices
- Research security solutions and make recommendations to management
- Stay current on information technology trends and security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or Information Systems with a focus in IT Security
- 3-5 years of experience in a security-related role or performing security-focused tasks
- Excellent researching and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
- Each employee is responsible and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including as a minimum all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy
- U. S. citizenship is required
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
