We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would have been a hospitality key systems operator with a broad knowledge of software management from the end user environment perspective. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure software and hardware systems, and ensure seamless integration functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Train end users on the proper use of software applications.

Analyzing complex business problems and assessing how Infor systems can be implemented to solve them.

Implement training programs for a variety of Infor-based software applications.

Gathering data and analyzing business and user needs in consultation with both business managers and end users.

Responsible for training technicians, management, and end users in all areas of assigned applications.

Assist the help desk in completing work orders related to assigned applications.

Responsible for the setup of new users and computer systems in assigned applications.

Responsible for coordinating users, vendors, support staff, and service in a timely and organized manner to complete approved projects.

Works with the Technical Support Manager and Infor Applications Specialist Lead to prioritize workload.

Perform a property walk-through regularly to ensure applications are functioning to the best level possible and that all areas are being used correctly.
REQUIRED:
-
After initial property installation, ability to travel approximately 50 - 75% of the time.
-
3-5 years experience with Hotel PMS and/or Hotel Sales and Catering applications.
Microsoft Office knowledge
Front Desk, Reservations, or Convention Sales Experience
MS Office Automation
Ability to present at the senior level and in front of large groups of users
