Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $66,500 - $70,000
Location: BFHQ El Segundo

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in the company as the head of the Administrative Assistant team while, simultaneously, attending the organization, monitoring, and supervision of all facility maintenance operations.
How you will create a World Without Limits:-
Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of Administrative Assistants at Behavior Frontiers’ centers across multiple states and provide administrative support to centers without an Administrative Assistant.
- Monitor, Support, and Manage Administrative Assistants to ensure competencies and job satisfaction.
- Maintain tracking of Administrative Assistants’ daily, monthly, and quarterly checklists.

Conduct monthly quality control reviews of center locations, through the facility walkthrough videos; prepare checklist of corrections, and submit facilities requests as needed.

Collaborate with and support the Center Development team to promote expansion to new centers.

Communicate and manage vendors for 3rd party services needed at Behavior Frontiers facilities (e.g., janitorial, handyman service, utilities, etc.).

Oversee and fulfill facility requests for furniture/materials and maintenance submitted by staff; escalate issues to the Center Development Team, as needed and in an appropriate manner.

Responsible for ensuring property contacts are entered and maintained accurately in appropriate software.

Clear understanding of maintenance responsibilities for each facility and coordinates such maintenance needs in a timely manner. Communicate to center staff and the VP and DOCD appropriately.
- Ensure that the center maintenance budget is adhered to.

Maintain schedule for business license and is responsible for the application and renewal process.

Maintain schedule and responsible for annual safety inspections (e.g., fire extinguisher services, fire inspections).

Coordinate office closures.

Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to hire, train, and manage staff

Excellent communicator with contractors, vendors, and landlords.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with BF departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, HR, and IT for all center operations items and needs.

Clear understanding of the process flow of approvals for project completion.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and consecutively.

Familiarity with project management software’s such as Monday.com.

Live and breathe by process improvement.

Travel as needed to regional locations.
