Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all company documents pertaining to Quality and Food Safety, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review and maintain the FDA and SQF records.
Ensure adherence to document control procedures and processes through document review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather information for production reports, shipping and receiving documentation and supplier documentation.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity
Provide training and support to employees as needed for new hires, annual refreshers, and as required by the FSQA Director.
Direct participation in the Food Safety traceability exercises and the supplier approval program.
Ensures supply inventory is stocked, places orders and issues materials as needed.
Assists in clerical activities such as data collection, data entry, running reports, scanning and laminating as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
