Key Responsibilities:
- Drive In-Store Sales: Champion the GreenCoast methodology for creating thriving gardens and promote it to our valued customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Go the extra mile to meet customer needs, from processing back-orders to promptly responding to emails and handling special shipping requests.
- Build Customer Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep in-store displays fresh and appealing.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Direct Indoor Growing Experience: Knowledge and hands-on experience in indoor gardening and hydroponics.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and a determination to succeed.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping and educating others.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and adjust to changing priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn our point-of-sale system.
- Physical Capability: Willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting items weighing over 50 lbs consistently.
- Weekend Availability: Flexible to work on weekends.
- Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
