This position will be responsible for various HR functions, including:
Supporting payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes, leveraging technology to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
Coordinating employee training and development programs.
Assisting with employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of background check, drug screening, etc., if applicable.
