Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous removal of head lice and nits following established protocols and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients by addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage clinic operations efficiently, including daily shift management delegation, team coordination, and clinic organization
- Utilize retail math skills to handle transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively
- Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on lice prevention and aftercare procedures
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health regulations. This is a medical service.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clinical or patient service role is preferred.
-Previous management experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with store management practices is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and direct colleagues effectively

Lice Ladies will train each new employee up to 90 days to ensure the tech is able to properly treat our clients for head lice as well as sterilize, answer client questions, etc. We require that technicians have one of the following: 2 to 5 years of experience working with children, a cosmetology license or experience equivalent background in science or health care. If you are not sure if you meet one of these requirements, please ask.
We are also looking for people who would like to move up and grow within the company. There is a lot of growth opportunity at Lice Ladies. One must master each position to move up so that our patients are treated properly, and all duties of each position are executed to give our patients and staff excellence.
Lice Ladies has THREE corporate Atlanta area locations: Atlanta, Cumming and Sandy Springs. **Techs must have their own reliable transportation to and from work. Techs must also have a reliable cell phone.** Each employee signs a non-disclosure and privacy policy contract that we strictly uphold. We also abide by the HIPAA laws. Each employee is hired as a w-2 employee with Lice Ladies. This is a service-based business, so everyone is mostly full time except on big travel or Holiday weeks. This is also a medical service.
Once the 90-day training period has been completed, we do offer health insurance benefits, vision, dental, 401k and life insurance. Depending on how busy the clinics are, hours usually range from 35-40 hours per week. We do offer overtime if hours are there especially in the Summer and Fall.
We take appointments Monday-Friday from about 9am until around 4:30pm so that could put the techs leaving the offices around 5:30-6pm if the last appointment has multiple people with head lice to be treated. We also are open Saturdays and take appointments from 9am-2:30pm. We are closed on Sundays. Everyone is required to work those times unless the tech has requested a specific time off that can be granted if no one else has already requested that time. We rotate Saturdays off for the staff. Each employee has 2 days off per week with Sunday being one of them, except during summer, where we check a few summer camps on a few Sundays.
Our business is very fast paced and time-management is a key to success here. Our patients having a great experience with us and also being safe are our priorities. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Professionalism is extremely important here as this is a medical service and we are working with numerous patients each day all with their own individual needs.

Pay: $17.50 - $23.70 per hour
