About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Management & Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves conducting quantitative analyses, performing human resource activities, and examining budget estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Studies and Evaluations

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Design and implement systems and procedures to streamline operations

Conduct work simplification and measurement studies to enhance productivity

Prepare comprehensive operations and procedure manuals to assist management
Quantitative Analysis

Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
Human Resource Activities

Perform activities in the human resources area, including job analysis and position classification

Work with employment specialists to ensure accurate and effective job descriptions and classifications
Budget Examination and Analysis

Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations

Analyze budgeting and accounting reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a management analyst, program analyst, or a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in data analysis and quantitative methods

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with budgeting and accounting principles

Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis software
