We are a fast-growing, full-line sales and service company for the light and heavy-duty automotive industry, providing quality equipment and service in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and surrounding states. We sell and service automotive in-ground and above-ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, tanks, reels, exhaust removal systems, air compressors, refrigerant dryers, waste oil heaters, wheel service and alignment equipment, detail equipment, and an array of hydraulic equipment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor installers, overseeing scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate the scheduling and installation of plumbing systems and equipment for our valued clients.
- Foster effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure accurate and timely installation of plumbing systems.
- Utilize your expertise to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents for meticulous planning and execution of installations.
- Execute the installation and maintenance of fluid and air lines, fluid management systems, and related equipment with precision.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and uphold company policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of work performance, including labor and material costs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in plumbing and/or fire protection piping.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with hydraulic systems and electrical controls.
- Knowledge of relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
