Position: Full-time Member Relations Representative 2 (MRR 2)
As a Member Relations Representative 2, you are responsible for high quality, accurate service to members, while performing all types of teller and member service duties involved in the general operation of the Credit Union.
Primary duties will include but not be limited to:
- Approving checks up to assigned limit
- Maintaining and balancing vault, as assigned
- Opening and performing maintenance on all types of personal, business, and fiduciary accounts. Certificates, HSAs, and IRAs
- Cross train to loan processing and funding
Qualification requirements:
- Prior teller and member service experience required
- Cross training into other tell job duties/roles is required
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
Full- time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; shifts could vary between 7:15 am and 6:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays are required, and the hours are approximately 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.
