Job Description:
The Regional Director’s role is to provide operations leadership, team member coaching and development, strategic planning and site level support for Clinic Directors and Clinical Teams across the region. The Regional Director acts as the “CEO” for their region by supporting the development of strategic partnerships, referral relationships, financial planning, pipeline development, connecting team members to resources across the organization, and more.

The Regional Director will be responsible for working with each Area Director and Clinic Director in the assigned region to plan, organize and direct the staff and activities to achieve clinical goals, strategic operating plans and objectives.
Lead the clinical and financial operations all clinics in this region, including meeting or exceeding operational performance goals
Mentor and coach Area/Clinic Directors and teammates at the clinic
Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
Grow our regional footprint through marketing efforts in collaboration with Ivy’s sales and marketing departments
Develop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
Provide timely communication with referral sources
Set and achieve professional goals and career growth
Commit to the best practices for this position as outlined by Ivy
A minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-site healthcare management setting
A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes, clinic operations, financial performance, and quality of care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program (preferred)
