Conicella Group is a residential contracting company specializing in home renovations, remodeling, and expansions since 1979. We are a team of of project managers, carpenters, and painters. In addition to our in-house staff Conicella has a very close network of locally skilled Subcontractors with relationships stretching over 25 years. The markets and clients we serve have an elevated level of expectations which in part has us searching for an Administrative Expert who can confidently oversee communication with clients and vendors. In addition to this, it is preferred that the candidate is willing and capable of implementing new business systems to better streamline communication, billing, and scheduling. Conicella Group is a smaller contracting company looking for high level administrative support in order to encourage company growth and a better client experience.
Responsibilities
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the owners
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Bookkeeping ( QuickBooks and Buildertrend CRM )
Prepare bid sheets and proposals
Assist with client selections for all renovations and communicating selections to vendors
Manage scheduling for current and upcoming projects
Create various excel spreadsheets and templates
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrator
Very skilled with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Ability to suggest and implement administrative systems and procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Pay: $53,313.00 - $65,000.00 per year
