Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels to help grow our client base. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our tax preparation and financial services.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, networking events, and online advertising.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and track the progress of leads through the sales funnel.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to engage potential clients and set up meetings or consultations.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for lead generation campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the tax preparation industry is a plus but not required.
