Manager will oversee and manage the development and execution of engineering projects

varying scope and output
within Medtronic's
Cardiac Ablation Solutions

CAS
)

This role requires a blend of strong technical
expertise
, project management skills,
data analysis,
creating
dashboard

and the ability to collaborate across various departments to ensure project success from concept through commercialization.
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver engineering projects

on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation,
data dive, create dashboards

and risk management.
Monitor project progress,
identify

potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
Use the tools at disposal to deliver on milestones

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure projects adhere to Medtronic’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Oversee the design, development, testing, and validation of new products and improvements to existing products.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.

Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
