Position Overview:
Veterinary Invoice Associate performs a variety of behind-the-scenes duties to ensure client invoices are complete and accurate. The invoice associate will be computer savvy and will be able to navigate through the paperless computer system at OSVS. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of emergency and critical care.

Enter charges prior to discharges

Apply credits at time of discharge
Ideal candidate:

Excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine

Qualifications:

At least 2 years recent experience in veterinary practice

Excellent interpersonal communications skills

High school diploma or GED

OSVS is located in East Greenwich, RI with a satellite facility in Swansea, MA. OSVS is a 35,000 sf building with a very busy emergency service, a nationally-respected internship and residency program, and specialists in Emergency/Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Avian/Exotics. Specialized equipment includes telemetry, endoscopy, CT scanner, ultrasound, and MRI.
