SureFire Systems is a total solutions Fire Alarm sales, installation and service company in the Greater Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan area. We work with enterprise-level end users, Electrical Contractors and General Contractors to perform new system installs, tenant improvements, and building Fire Alarm upgrades in commercial settings.
We are looking for Fire Alarm Service Technicians to grow within our organization.

- The ability to complete all aspects of a service call from start to finish.
- The willingness to work as a part of a team, often with other team members, often under or with others.
Preferred applicants have:
- A NICET or CSA Level 2 certification in Fire Alarm Systems Technician.
- CSA certification in fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, or sprinkler.
- Previous experience in Fire Alarm Service related areas (troubleshooting earth grounds, open circuits, panel troubles, wiring faults, device replacement/repair).
- Previous experience on multiple Fire Alarm panel types (AUTOCALL, Simplex, EST, Notifier, Fike, Gamewell/FCI, Silent Knight/Firelite)
- 2 years of experiences in a similar or related field. (i.e - electrical, data, low voltage, etc.)
- The ability to communicate effectively both internally to office staff and externally to customers.
Applicants must be able to:
- Pass a background check.
- Have a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation.
- Climb ladders up to 12', operate lift equipment, and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
