Responsibilities:
· Respond to all email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
· Conduct venue tours
· Conduct client meetings and calls
· Prepare food and beverage quotes
· Order weekly bar product from vendors as needed
· Keep up with the monthly bar inventory and submit to Controller for taxes
· Request outside rental quotes on behalf of the client to add to event orders
· Manage and hire third party vendors and contractors and maintain relationships
· Mange Events & Social Media
· Handle all client contracts and billing
· Handle all vendor invoices and payments
· Advertising Responsibilities in print and online
· Submit event pay and contractor pay requests to Controller on Mondays post events
· Maintain and improve the property
· Promote the venue business
· Generate new leads
· Increase overall revenue and profit
· Overall organization and management of the event space
· Various other tasks as needed
Skills:
Ability to work in a high paced, high pressure environment; Desire to exceed customer expectations;
Strong time management; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, oral and written; Ability to work independently and be self-motivated;
Knowledge of and good rapport with local event vendors; Strong supervisory skills for bar, catering and cleaning staff
Pay: $60,000 Salary plus Commissions
