Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bookkeeping & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform Bookkeeping in Quickbooks (required), Customer Service and general office admin tasks. This role requires working experience in QB, customer service skills, good phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Duties:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks (required). Coordinate with external Accounting team.
- Assist with the front sales counter and process customer orders.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Answer phone calls, monitor and respond to emails.
- Perform inventory tracking in Quickbooks.
- Perform general office admin tasks as requested.
- Must be a team player and willing to help out wherever support is needed.
Skills:
- Must have work experience with recent version of Quickbooks (required).
- Must have work experience in customer service (required).
- Computer literacy with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint).
- Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented.
- Positive, friendly and professional.
- Appreciates a small business work environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
