Position summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. This person would lead a newly formed FP&A team and will report directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis activities, providing valuable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization.
Position responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CFO in the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Work closely with CRO and of VP of marketing to support sales focused analysis on sales funnel, bookings trends, close rates, marketing spend ROI, etc.

Develop processes to understand overall market trends and CallTower market share.

Manage a small team supporting various initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to support executive decision-making.

Prepare and present insightful financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.

Collaborate with CFO and cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and inputs for accurate and timely financial forecasting.

Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives. Evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects and investments.

Be engaged in the development and maintenance of sophisticated financial models to aid in scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and long-term planning.

Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, offering recommendations and insights on financial strategies and operational improvements.

Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and operations, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.

Collaborate with other groups to audit financial results and provide assurance on revenue and margins.
Essential skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.

6+ years of FP&A experience or related experience.

Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience in financial software systems preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and influence key stakeholders.
