Currently, EPD is looking for an exceptional person to join our team. The Warehouse Operations Associate II is key to the Company’s operations. This position will be responsible for management and maintenance of all warehouse and field tools, supplies and inventories. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager and is expected to have a significant organizational presence as well as exemplary communication skills. Due to the critical nature of this position, this is an in-person position only.
Salary Range: $30-$45/hour
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
- Oversees all warehouse operations, planning and daily activities including receiving and stowing, picking and packing, inventory management and documentation.
- Supports planning of efficient layouts, workflows and utilization of warehouse space.
- Uses and maintains company technology to track, analyze, and report processes and inventory performance.
- Review and react to metrics by identifying and solving problems, proposing improvements and advancing process control.
- Evaluate problematic conditions affecting service levels and react accordingly to resolve issues.Timely escalate critical issues to management.
- Unload trucks and material via use of a forklift
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years with progressively increasing responsibilities in Warehouse/Inventory experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- EPD utilizes SaaS tools, however proficient experience with MS Office Suite is required.
- Experience with inventory control technology and physical inventory control is required.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to self-manage and a desire for professional development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple issues effectively and a quick learner.
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Forklift certified.
