Sales Development Representatives will focus on generating business opportunities with new and existing customers. In this role, you will identify, contact, and qualify potential customers using pre-sales and sales-engagement tools. This program is focused on Digital Business Solutions. Daily activities include calling, emailing, and social selling. As a member of the team, you will work closely with multiple team members to ensure sales goals are met.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative looking to grow and join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential or exiting customers, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving both our company's growth and expanding our client’s revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential client opportunities by conducting high quality outbound activities through multiple outreach channels (calls, emails, social media)
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and articulate the value proposition of our market leading fintech client’s products/services
Schedule meetings and appointments for our experienced sales team with qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
Who You Are
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience of sales, business development or sales support within an outbound business-to-business role
Ability to engage in productive conversations and written communications
Ability to multi-task utilizing various tools such as CRM, Sales Engagement (Outreach or Salesloft), LinkedIn and other social engagement platforms
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Banking, Finance or Software background preferred, but not essential
