PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will provide technical quality support to the manufacturing production lines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct routine periodic tests or audits on processes and products.

Perform OBA/ORT as required.

Compile quality data and create reports that are suitable for customer presentation.

Help train and monitor IPQC personnel.

Support QHSE certification programs.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related field.

ASQ Quality Engineer Certification (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
-
Ability to work with all levels of quality personnel.
EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer.

Experience creating quality reports with Excel and Minitab.

Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAP.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Works in an ESD manufacturing environment.

Lift/carry/push/pull up to 20lbs.

Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.

This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.

May require occasional travel.
