Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Shift and pay:
-$17 /hr with room for raises
-Monday to Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm
-Long term/career based position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule repair appointments according to established procedures and availability.
- Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to prioritize service calls and optimize and scheduling efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical aptitude for understand appliance functionally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in fast paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) tool is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or technical support is a plus.
