Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Duties:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security
- Retrieve and review data for discrepancies or errors
- Generate reports based on entered data
- Assist with data collection and analysis projects
- Conduct order entry tasks as required
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Knowledge of data collection systems and processes
- Experience with order entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
- Familiarity with databases and ability to navigate through them efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis purposes
