Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in/out
- Insurance verification
- Collection of balances
- Preparing registration paperwork for patients
- Knowledge of EPIC system helpful
- Knowledgable with computers
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
