POSITION SUMMARY: This professional position is responsible for the development and administration of employee compensation programs.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business or closely related field. Directly related experience may substitute on a year-by-year basis for the degree.
- Minimum two years Human Resources experience with one year focus in HR compensation administration required.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HCM Systems (Oracle preferred).
- CCP, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-PC, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
$1,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
