We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The skill sets expand to encompass cloud-based services, management, and security aspects along with the integration between cloud services and on-premises infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and system administration background, a passion for staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, and great communication skills. Engineers are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

RWK provides managed IT services for companies with 10-300 computers. Our team is always available to help when problems occur so that our customers can keep working. They sleep better knowing their information, their business identity, and their network are secure and protected.

Required Technical Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in system and network administration
- Cisco/Cisco Meraki
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Hyper-V; Active Directory; DHCP; DNS; LDAP; Radius; NPS; PowerShell scripting
- Directory Synchronization
- Microsoft 365 Azure
- Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure is a plus
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange Online; Entra; Conditional Access Policies
- Amazon Web Services
- EC2 Management; RDS Management; VPC Management
- Microsoft Defender Management; OneDrive/SharePoint
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Proficiency in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Strong experience with firewall configuration and management
Preferred Technical Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
- ConnectWise Manage and Automate experience
- Experience in a MSP environment
- Ability to think “outside of the box” and have an “own it” attitude when it comes to introducing ideas
