Cincinnati Test Systems Inc. is a leader in the design and manufacture of leak test and assembly verification instrumentation with custom solutions for a wide range of manufacturing operations. Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that manuals for CTS leak test equipment are finished and available for timely delivery to the customer.
- Perform a quality-oriented checkout of the machine.
- Be sure all items on the QC (quality control) runoff sheet have been accounted for at the time of the machine runoff.
- Collect data on each machine being assembled at CTS. Assemble a machine’s manual (operation, calibration, maintenance, and spare parts) and a training manual if required. This includes:
- Follow-up on run-off at CTS with all the corresponding parties, (engineers, sales, customers, etc.)
- Write manuals for customer machines built by Cincinnati Test Systems in a timely manner, in correspondence with the project engineer and other parties involved.
- Write spare part lists for customers based on their needs for their machines.
- Produce all technical writings needed by Cincinnati Test Systems and its customers.
- Provide technical support.
- Perform or assist in runoffs and startups as required.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- A two-year technical degree in electronic engineering.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Excellent writing skills, customer service and communication skills.
