We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles:
- Kickboxing Coach: Deliver exceptional member service, lead group training sessions, and provide one-on-one personal training.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
A Kickboxing Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering exceptional member service, classes, and personal training. Kickboxing Coaches must be proficient in practicing and coaching kickboxing, with experience in leading group and one-on-one personal training sessions. They are also responsible for achieving personal training revenue goals. This position requires availability for at least one day on the weekend.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Execution on Key Metrics:
- Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions, as well as classes.
- Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs (workouts, etc.).
- Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments.
- Participate in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts, body fat tables, workshops).
- Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives as set forth by the company in sessions and Personal Training.
- Execute an effective prospecting strategy by performing “fitness assessments” and other prospecting activities.
Member Experience:
- Focus on changing lives through service and sales.
- Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces.
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
Miscellaneous:
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding payment transactions.
- Adhere to the guidelines in the HardWorx Employee Handbook.
- Follow the agreed-upon schedule set by the Fitness Manager.
- Participate in daily one-on-one check-in meetings with the Fitness Manager and weekly team meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an understanding of basic record-keeping practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ pounds.
