Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- File and maintain documents in both physical and digital formats
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Monday to Friday
