Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple locations within the district
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers and employees
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute district-wide initiatives
- Manage profit and loss statements for each location
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Pay: $40,714.27 - $49,032.24 per year
