Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary:Oversee department and maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive/predictive maintenance schedules; restore, repair, rebuild, or replace faulty or inoperative components and parts; design, build, manage and/or install projects that will improve cost, quality, delivery, ergonomics, and work environment.
Description of Work Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
· Maintain safe, healthy, and clean work environment by complying with plant procedures, rules, legal codes, and regulations.
· Oversee all Maintenance operations and employees to create a pro-active and predictive maintenance environment as a baseline for the company to excel.
· Maintain equipment in proper working conditions. Specifically, the function and reliability of injection molding equipment, pumps, drives, motors, pneumatic / hydraulic / electric systems, tooling, and support equipment by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance program.
· Install and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, components, and PLC problems.
· Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility by conferring with operating departments; identifies problems and requirements. Create list of problems and determines action plan to fix them.
· Restore, repair, rebuild, or replace faulty or inoperative components and parts on injection molding equipment, chillers, thermolators, resin driers, loader systems, grinders, tower fans, tooling, and other support equipment.
· Improve function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment.
· Help specify, procure, and install new equipment.
· Documents all work per AGS quality system requirements.
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending appropriate conferences, and reading technical publications.
· Accomplishes maintenance department priorities and companywide goals by completing objectives.
· Maintain inventories of critical equipment, parts, and supplies.
· Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Wage and Benefits for the Maintenance Supervisor Position:
· This is a Monday-Friday full-time 1st shift hourly position, with possible overtime assigned on weekends.
· Pay: $34 - $40 per hour.

Required Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Critical thinker, self-driven, excellent communication and time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
3. Ability to work independently and with a team to gather multiple inputs that will allow you to properly determine how to best execute on your maintenance job.
4. Attention to detail, attitude, energy, effort, urgency, and attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge of products, material, and components related to the machine tool industry and the processes necessary to work on equipment at AGS.
3. Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and injection molding equipment.
4. Computer proficiency with maintenance software and desire to improve current systems.
