Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide assistance and support
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer information in the system accurately and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer service targets are met
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure while interacting with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
