Position Duties:
- Design/ Develop program specific electrical system schematics
- Support electrical device transmittal process: VSEM GDT Set-up, DT Approvals, Create DT Status Report
- Develop program specific system FMEA and DVP (Validations Plan)
- Prototype Breadboards (parts list development & sign-off, validation, sign-off)
- Prototype Vehicle Builds (yellowboard software flashing and configuration, functional sign-off, troubleshooting)
- Lead compatibility reviews to verify all module and wiring interfaces
- Development of Software Configuration files
- Prototype Vehicle Software Flashing
- Support Netcom to develop the Netcom message list
- General Electrical system troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve system related design issues, End of line testing at each build event of Sw and its interfaces to plant systems, and Battery health analysis and tracking using Cloud data analysis to aid in root cause along with PV testing
Skills Required:
Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in Root cause analysis using CAN tools
Education Required:
- Bachelors in Computer science /Electrical Engineering or related field
