Position: Project Construction Manager
We are seeking a Project Construction Manager to provide project management, construction management, and commissioning support for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) development. The appropriate candidate will have experience managing industrial capital projects. Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong technical background in anaerobic digestion, RNG, or industrial wastewater treatment. The candidate will report to the VP of Engineering and Technology of GreenGasUSA LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform project management and construction management responsibilities for multiple RNG projects concurrently
- Ensure that key project objectives are met: safety, cost, schedule, and operational capability
- Manage project schedules through procurement, design, construction, and commissioning
- Serve as primary owner’s representative for on-site construction support
- Develop and negotiate construction contracts
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships for design and construction services
- Coordinate with local permitting agencies and utility service providers
- Communicate safety, cost, and schedule updates effectively to management team
- Provides technical documentation to operations team to ensure knowledge retention, continuity, and organizational learning
- Provide safety leadership at all stages of the project from concept and design through construction and installation to start-up
Skills & Requirements
Required
- Strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
- Minimum of eight (8) years industrial experience in project management and/or construction management
- Excellent time management abilities
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Plant operations, start-up, and commissioning experience
- Experience with Anaerobic Digestion, RNG, or natural gas technologies
- Good knowledge of refining and petrochemical processes in general, and H2S removal specifically
Work environment
- Office setting, outdoors manufacturing plant setting, hazardous chemicals environment, construction site setting
- Nearly 100% travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 per year
