Job Summary
The Hilton DFW Lakes is hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager supervise Front Office agents
Additional Responsibilities of this position include:
Providing guidance and leadership to front office staff. Assist with selection, training, and supervision of the Front Office staff.
Works with staff to check guests in/out, ensure accurate guest billing and resolve guest complaints
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work schedule will include working the PM shift, holidays, and weekends
Qualifications and Skills
This position requires:
1 year prior management experience in a full service hotel of similar size.
Knowledge of OnQ a plus.
Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
