This position is responsible for analyzing, collecting, setting up and maintaining various type retail items for many factories to be sold across various retailers. Supporting and assisting our customer service team with processing orders and phone calls.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Effectively work on multiple projects within your assigned area.
Research brands and specific products with factories to gather specific data and insights.
Assist in maintaining the integrity of our data by ensuring entries made into our platform are accurate.
Meet due dates communicated by the team to support our sales and marketing teams.
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
Strong data entry skills.
Customer Service Experience.
Advance Excel proficiency.
Have strong written and verbal skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
Knowledge of SAP, CXH, and GS-1 Data bases would be helpful but not required.
Small office setting.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
